Nicolas creats a relaxing atmosphere as soon as you cross the doorstep. If your are looking for an experienced, professional masseur you are in the right hands. Even if you are looking for someting more diffuculte to find: an really good in depth work on your fascia and muscles. Nicolas adapts the strength of his touch to your exacte needs. He is very attentive, caring and will find the right balance between in depth tissu work and disconfort in order for you to feel well. I had the M.E.R which I didn't know about before. Usually I was disapointed of other kind of massages because there was no real improvement lasting more than one day over the fascial and muscular tension. This time the results are still lasting several days afterwards. For me it was without hesitation on of the very best massage I have had until now and they are adapted to each persone's specifical needs. I went twice and if I would live on the same island I wouldn't keep looking for someone else anymore. Whether you are looking for a real in depth work or a light relaxing massage, Nicolas work is great. I can only highly recommend his work. Thank you Nicolas!
The session with Nico was very nice. Relaxing and intense at the same time. I did not expected such a sophisticated treatment as I was just looking to do something good for my long lasting neck and shoulder issues. The more I was surprised how Nico found and pressed the right trigger points without me needing to give him much hints. The first night after the session, I woke up in the middle of the night and could still feel his fingers pressing right into the trigger points ^^... Would highly recommend to go see him if you need a profound massage therapy.
I really loved the treatment. Nicolas attunes to your needs very well and checks in with you regularly. He’s very knowledgeable and he creates a nice and relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend going here!
Nico is one of the best massage therapists on Tenerife! After my first session of myofascial energetic release I felt like a new person and even my posture changed. I highly recommend Nico, he is a great professional with a warm heart.

Danke.
I had a trigger point massage here — my first one — and it might just be the best massage I’ve ever had. The therapist is clearly very skilled and experienced. Highly recommended if you’re in Puerto de la Cruz!
It was so nice, I went there twice :) If you are looking for a deep tissue massage, this is your place! Price for value is simply the best! Nisim is a super experienced and professional masseur who has his studio in his apartment. He knows how to do smalltalk and make you feel comfortable, the hour will be over in no time, and you leave the place as relaxed as you can get :) I would certainly recommend him without any hesitation! All the best for you, Nisim!
Wahnsinn!

UNDER PRESSURE MASSAGE is a cosy and clean massage studio in the centre of Puerto de la Cruz. Fen, the masseur, is really friendly and very professional and what can I say, he certainly works wonders with his hands. This is a 100% recommendation! Michael
I had a great experience with a 75-minute sport massage. Fen’s expertise and approachable nature allowed me to feel relaxed from the beginning which is very important. He helped me relieve a few knots in my shoulders. In 75 minutes I had a complete head-to-toe treatment, which I had never had before (usually focus on head shoulders and back) and it made me feel like I should do this more often to reduce the risk of future aches and pains. A very relaxing and therapeutic experience overall.
One of the best massages I've had in years! Fen made me feel so comfortable and he was wonderful about communicating his desire to change anything at any time during the massage (e.g. music, pressure, position, etc.) He is very intuitive, relaxed, and found all the right spots to work on (and can dig in deep if needed). It was like being on a cloud and being worked on with care, strength, and kindness. Definitely will be going back. Muchas gracias.
We came across Fen’s place while walking around it is tucked away in a little ally so quiet and relaxing. The room is decorated nicely with some local art work. There were 4 of us and all were very happy. I suffer with lower back pain and tight glutes Fen listened to what I needed and I have to say the 1 hour sports massage was perfect with the pressure just right. I will be returning if we come back.
I was on holiday in Puerto de la Cruz and looked for a massage. I came cross Fen on the web. He reviews were all 5 stars. All I can say he is such a nice man and a very good masseur. I felt so relaxed I fell asleep and he had to wake me up. He just knows what he is doing. He is an excellent masseur , I felt so good afterwards and if you want a massage use him he is the best.

100% recomendable!
Alberto is very professional and good massage therapist. I have had a massage (1 or 1,5 hour) every week since March. The massage is very gentle but same time very powerful. I don't have any physical problems in my body, but it helps the body to deeply relax. And it feels very good. I am very satisfied and recommend Alberto.
Alberto Luccini, he is very good massage, a lot of experience. I co e back again. I am very happy with his service. Fantastisch and Perfectos

I had a great experience at Ver-Bali & Thai Massage Spa. The masseuse was friendly, attentive, and had wonderfully strong hands, using a variety of techniques throughout the session. I booked a 90-minute massage, and it was worth every minute. Highly recommended!
Sehr gute entspannte Massage.
Absolutely breathtaking! My experience with the Bali massage was nothing short of magical. From the moment I stepped into the serene oasis, I was transported to a world of tranquility and bliss. The ambiance was enchanting—soft, melodic sounds of nature, and the intoxicating aroma of essential oils filled the air. My therapist was an absolute maestro, effortlessly blending various techniques that made every tension in my body melt away. Each stroke felt like a gentle caress from the ocean waves, harmonizing my mind, body, and spirit. I was completely enveloped in relaxation, as if I was floating on a cloud. The attention to detail was remarkable, and the warmth of the oils made the experience even more indulgent. I could feel the expert hands working through every knot and sore muscle, leaving me in a state of pure euphoria. This was not just a massage; it was a transformative journey that rejuvenated my entire being. I left feeling lighter, more balanced, and utterly blissful. If you’re seeking a heavenly escape, this Bali massage is an absolute must. I can't recommend it highly enough! ?✨
Great deep tissue back, neck & shoulder massage. Got her thumbs right into the knots! Sore the next day but didn’t ache there after, so she sorted my muscles out. Amazing! The therapist asked what pressure I wanted: light/medium/firm. Good price at €30 for 30 mins (2024). Finished massage with temple and head massage which was a nice surprise. Would recommend
One of the best massage I ever had, strong recommendation. Thanks

I had backpain from a long walk and asked for a massage. The lady said it s not possible, cause they were fully booked that time. But she asked me to come back in the evening. The massage was great and helped me a lot. A Thai massage in Puerto de la Cruz? Then only Kamita Thai Massage
Gehe da immer wieder hin - kräftige Massagen, die meinem verspannten Rücken sehr gut tun.
Came with pain to this studio and left without. Had a mix of both classical Thai and a relaxing massage. I can clearly recommend it.
One of the best Thai massages I have had outside of Thailand in years! Jay and Sathi gave my bf and myself fantastic Thai massage - they totaly knew what they were doing, had a perfect grip, the perfect level of hardness (and yet no pain) and devotion. Nice relaxing music and the tea after the massage added to our relaxing experience. I absolutely recommend it to all those who lost hope of finding proper Thai massage outside of Thailand and of course all those who simply like good Thai massage. Kopun-ka!

Fantastic place, thanks for one of the most relaxing massages Ive ever had.
Maravilloso masaje.

Amazing massage - I recommend the oriental mixture massage especially if you want the specialised Thai massage. I went in aching all over and only able to walk with poles due to osteoarthritis in my hip to walking the rest of my holiday without the poles and sleeping without pain. Very professional and skilled masseuse. Superb thank you.
Really great authentic massage, no wait, slightly more expensive than the other Thai place, but worth every penny!

Bardzo polecam masaże u Ani, z wyczuciem i życzliwością
Wow, deep energy releasing. Wow, walkers legs cured. (painful, but pro and efficient handling) Wow, what a gentle, present person. Fully recommended
I found Anna exactly in the moment when I needed. She listened to me and with her terapia helped to release so many trapped emotions. Her energy is healing. Thank you Anna! ?
It was such a nice massage and healing session with Anna! I felt so calm, relaxed and grounded afterwards. She was very attentive, warm, easygoing, gentle and compassionate and I felt very really comfortable. I definitely had some big emotional releases during the session and I felt like she understood exactly how to hold space for me. I felt very safe. I would definitely book another massage with Anna! <3
The session with Anna was amazing, magic and deeply healing! We went very deep and she surprised me very positively with her way to accompany the process by choosing exactly the rights words. Her intuition is huge and she works on the physical, energetical and emotional level and helps with a lot of love and compassion to release tension and blockages from all layers! Anna is a powerful healer and I highly recommend her work! Sooo much more than a massage ✨❤️ Thank you so much Anna for your dedication, love and energy ????

?? ¡Muchas gracias por esta sesión increíble! Sin duda, volveré. ?
I had a blissful 90 minute Hawaiian Massage with Vanessa in the Lotus Lounge at Suryalila Yoga Retreat in Spain. It was absolutely beautiful, I felt so relaxed and calm afterwards. Thank you Vanessa.
Wow what an amazing massage, Vanessa knows what she is doing, she works deep into the muscles removing deep blocks with beautiful Hawaiian music playing in the background and using essential oils she left me feeling amazing with an expanded aura what a beautiful soul. I would definitely recommend.

Tatjana was extremely professional—she listened to my needs, injuries and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The massage was both relaxing and therapeutic; I haven’t felt this good in ages. Highly recommended

Great massage, helped me with back pain

I went there with huge back and neck pain and the treatment was just fabulous. Ruyman is very kind, gentle and skilled and I can only recommend him very strongly. His combination of different methods really does the trick.
Since going to ruyman i have experienced more connection with my body spiritually, physically, mentally and emotionally. He combines his intuition, knowledge and skills to a very deep level he knows exactly where to go and what pain points i have without me saying anything. He is very through in his treatments and combines many different methodogies. I am very grateful to experience his treatments amd highly recommend him. Thank you ruyman!
I visited Ruyman many times and I was always so grateful for his work. For the first time I went there to just explore different attitude to health (Chinesse medicine with a diagnostics). Then I was coming again and again for different reasons. The most I enjoyed his massages because nobody before him it gave me such a great time for myself, to relax and connect more to my body (switch off my mind too – much needed). His hands and amazing – he is doing magic really. Moreover, he helped me so much with the pain I´ve had. When I came I just told him how I feel, what I want and gave him my trust. Never dissappointed. ? Thank you, Ruyman! Michaela
Super experience! His healer knows the body inside and out, can quickly identify issues, stress points, and goes the extra mile to ensure your problems are taken care of. He is infinitely curious, and knows many different approaches in traditional chinese medicine to heal the body. Of course, this is about healing, not a nice relaxing massage, so expect that it may hurt in places where you have issues or tensions. In any case, I highly recommend his services!
