Always look forward to visiting Rut for a massage when I visit Nerja. Her approach is so calming and revitalising. I float around town, totally blissful, after I've had a treatment from Rut. Love the calming music that's played during the sessions. I've also enjoyed several yoga classes both in her downstairs studio and outdoors at the Parador Gardens. Highly recommend a visit during your visit to beautiful Nerja.

I had a wonderful Thai massage 2 days ago. I broke my ankle 11 weeks ago. After the massage my pain levels were greatly reduced in my ankle and hips. My movement is much improved. A huge thank you Carin. Jane H
Wonderful, deep massage. Really helped my neck and headaches.
Carin could fit me in ,I have carpal tunnel syndrome under my first rib, and the knots on my shoulder blades and neck get bad and only a deep tissue massage helps and she is just fabulous. Carin has 20+years of experience in different massage techniques and does yoga & pilates too.
I should like to endorse and highly recommend Carin’s treatments for pain and mobility problems. In the six months during which Carin has been treating me on home visits, I and my children have noted marked improvement in my mobility, strength and general wellbeing. Carin’s knowledge and understanding of the musculature, coupled with her skill in locating and alleviating through touch the precise points of weakness or tension are remarkable, as is her ingenuity in devising helpful exercises. She also makes judicious use of modern technology in her work. Her calm, focused and intelligent presence is therapy in itself. You cannot do better than get help from Carin. (Especially if you are aged 92, as I am.)

Meeting Jonathon was great - I found him on Google and he offered the perfect respite from my busy life as a mum of 3. He specialises in alternative holistic therapy and pain management. I felt very relaxed and even fell asleep during the 2nd half of my treatment. He is definitely a skilled healer ??✨
