Excellente remise en forme à lanzarote avec Francis … Impressionné pas sa technique , sa façon de faire et ses connaissances anatomiques … j’arrive maintenant à respirer à droite avec aisance quand je nage le crowl … chose que j’avais beaucoup du mal à faire … merci infiniment Francis On reviendra à lanzarote rien que pour ça ;-)
I had an amazing experience. Francis was very mindful about my pain sensitivity and how my body might react, as he worked through my whole body to help it relax and heal. It was l probably the best massage I’ve ever had. It’s a shame he doesn't have a practice in Sweden, because I would definitely go again if I had the chance. Even if you don’t know exactly what you want you will leave feeling like you got exactly what you needed.
Allez y les yeux fermés ! J’ai rarement vu voir jamais vu un praticien aussi compétent dans ce domaine. J’étais bloqué de partout et je me sens vraiment beaucoup mieux quelques jours après la consultation. On voit que Francis maîtrise parfaitement son travail et qu’il sait détecter les parties du corps qui nécessitent d’être travaillés. Du coup, la séance est ultra personnalisée en fonction de vos besoins et ça fait clairement la différence. Au delà de ça, c’est une personne très sympathique ce qui a rendu la consultation encore plus agréable. Merci encore ?
Had a gorgeous couples massage with Francis and his colleague. They were both very thorough beforehand asking if we had any requests, injuries or areas we would like them to focus on. The space was beautiful. Very warm, clean and welcoming. We floated out afterwards. Highly recommend them both.

Jim has an incredible knowledge of the human anatomy. After telling him the problem, he quickly worked out the cause, not my neck which was giving the pain but a damaged muscles in my shoulder. With a couple of sessions and a set of exercises to do at home it is well on the way to a full repair. Jims professionalism make you feel totally at ease and that you are in very capable hands.

Dai fue el primer instructor con el que practiqué yoga tras un hiatus de prácticas de movimiento corporal, y desde la primera clase me llamó la atención su generosidad para con los alumnos, su energía positiva, y su conocimiento de la disciplina. Un gran instructor que presta atención a todos y cada uno de practicantes en la sala.
Yoga único en la playa. La forma en la que David transmite el yoga y diseña la clase es de 10. Totalmente recomendado

Viajamos a Lanzarote unos días para descansar y desconectar de la rutina. La clase de yoga con David ha sido una experiencia súper pacífica y relajante. Simplemente su presencia te trasmite tranquilidad y de paz. Si a eso le sumamos el precioso entorno que tiene la isla de Lanzarote la experiencia es genial. 100% recomendable, si volvemos a la isla no dudaremos en repetir ?

I recently visited Julia for a massage in Tias. She is a true professional and an exceptionally talented masseuse, She seamlessly blends a variety of techniques to create a truly wonderful massage experience. incorporating oils and energy flows etc. She listens to the clients needs and adapts what she does to tailor the massage to you. I was truly impressed and ended going twice whilst on holidays. I would 100% recommend Julia! she certainly deserves the 100 and more five star Google ratings. Masajista con una preparacion excelente y muy profesional. En pocas sessiones he tenido una mejoria notable en mi espalda (tengo escoliosis y contracturas). Altamente recomendable.
