I had reason to go to Isy recently with a long term intermittent back injury. Isy was thorough and professional throughout, diagnosing the issue and taking me out of my discomfort. I would have no hesitation in recommending Isy for any of your muscle or sports injuries. She put a plan in place and followed up regularly to check on me and my progress.,
I attended with Isy on a number of occasions for a shoulder issue and sciatica on each occasion I found Isy to be professional and knowledgeable, she started each visit with a detailed question and answer session after which she would recommend a treatment I was given the opportunity to back out if I felt the treatment was painful. The prescribed treatment was successful after which I was given a detailed exercise plan and encouraged to contact Isy should I need advice or guidance with the exercise plan. Isy also followed up on my progress.via WhatsApp I have no hesitation in recommending Isy and Elite performance
Treatments by Isy is magical! She has helped me with everything from shin splints because of running issues to neck- & headpain. She is so skillfull and finds the problems origin in a heartbeat. At the same time she is so incredible caring and wise gives exercises that really helpes provide further issues and cares about her klients overall wellbeeing, so incredible kind and easy to talk to. I just can not recomend Isy enough!
I visited Isy at Elite Performance Therapy initially for my neck after a fall and banging my head with some force. I did not seek help until many weeks later and was suffering with a very bad neck and constant headache. Isy worked on this and within a couple of days my headaches had gone. I continued therapy for many weeks for my back and ankle. She worked wonders on my body. My husband also used Isy for a shoulder injury which she cured. I would fully recommend Isy. She is very professional and puts you totally at ease.
A friend recommended I visit Isy for serious problems with my back. 2 slipped discs & sciatica. My back kept collapsing & I could barely walk. Isy firstly spent time finding out exactly what my issues where & then get to work on my back. After only 3 sessions with Isy I was pain free!! Isy is passionate about what she does & really cares about her patients. She goes above & beyond to help & checks in with you after treatment. I would highly recommend her!!
